dads having a nightmare time with Talk Talk lol
« on: 22 July 2012, 20:45:53 »
see my post too TT forums,

Quote
my Dad is having ALL SORTS of problems with TT and is regretting his move to them already...

1) he could not log into his account online because they are having problems, he managed to get on today

2) after getting on he says the bill shows he is being charged £6.50 instead of £3.25 for his broadband

3) the 1500 mins to mobiles free is also being charged for, it says he has already paid £5 for these minutes?

4) he can not sign up on the forum to get help because it says his details are incorrect or not recognized, now my sister had this exact same problem, I believe forum staff fixed it somehow

can someone at TT please help me get my dad onto the forum so he can get his bill/account put right?

we signed up via phone because website would not accpet his card, before signing up I asked the rep do we get same deals as online and he said yes and read it all out to me so we continued to sign up

I have asked my dad if it shows a rebait anywhere on the bill/account

he was supposed to get:
(paid for line rental up front for 1 year)
Broadband Essentials @ £3.25 for 12 months (£6.50 thereafter)
Unlimited Usage for 12 months (40Gb month thereafter)
500 mins to mobiles free for 3 months (£5 a month thereafter or cancel)

thanks

he has found out they havent given him the free mobile minutes and are asking him to prove how he should be getting them free...Lol

LOOK ON YOUR FREAKING WEBSITE TALK TALK - 1500 MINS FREE

his broadband is brill... 17,000k sync 15Mbps all day & night - this can be improved too probably 22,000k-24,000k and 18-21Mbps speeds

but billing and customer service are poor right out the gate, they were fined 3 million last year for incorrectly billing 65,000 customers which was only brought too light because 1,000 complained

my dad got the mob minutes sorted with an Apology and £10 credit... however they have failed to tell him if everything else is ok like his charges or if he is getting unlimited usage, not very good!!
